Nutrition Club

Changing the way you eat is not an easy task for many people. It is possible to remain consistent on your journey to a better you with the support of others.  The purpose of the nutrition club is to form healthy eating networks that will meet, shop, talk and eat in a manner that supports a healthier eating lifestyle. 

You are not alone in your effort to improve your eating behavior.  You are not the only person who wants more energy during the day to accomplish important tasks.  You are not the only person who has been told by a physician that your eating must improve.  You are not the only person who wants to make a change despite being surrounded by friends and family who do not want to change.  So let's work together to identify and/or meet people who represent the change that you want to be.  You can start a nutrition club where you and your friends can motivate, encourage and celebrate the success of your healthier eating lifestyle.  Your group should include people who:

  • Are or have made a change in their eating habits
  • Will remind you of what you should be doing
  • Will listen and empower you in moments of weakness 
  • Are where you want to be (physically and emotionally when it comes to eating)
  • Had poor eating habits but have successfully made a consistent change

Your groups should consist of no more than 5 people.  4 is an ideal number where you can have support partners within the group.

Pat's Power Hour is the name of the company which also expresses a mantra that encourages maximizing your effort for focused amount of time. Your first hour begins now. I do believe in guiding you through workouts that will challenge and stimulate your muscles more than if you you were to do it on your own, but in addition to a successful 60 minute fitness session we build on eating better, resting properly
and managing stress better so you can achieve your best physical results.  I coach you on how to begin the mental transformation necessary to begin your journey to a healthier, more relaxed and more fit individual.  Everything you need to gain your desired results lay inside of you, now is the time to awaken that inner drive so you feel and look better as well as be an example to those around you.  The results from taking charge of your life through better eating, consistently being active and minimizing stress are meaningful and powerful.  Be Great!
