Inspiration

    You are not the only person who has chosen to overcome challenges with weight and overall conditioning. Now is the time to begin and become better in every area where you were weak. Just read this month's story on overcoming obstacles, making a change and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. The individuals who stories you will read in this section are not my clients, but people who had stories that I was able to find and wanted to share with you.

Patrick is a great trainer. He has motivated us to believe in ourselves and to build cardiovascular endurance, physical strength, and courage to maintain a healthy body by implementing nutritional awareness as part of our daily diet.

Our training session was scheduled for 8 weeks for one hour. Patrick created a boot-camp style workout regimen which included step-aerobics, weight training, abdominal exercises. The best part of our training included laughs and pseudo-militant instructions to get us going with our routines. At times when we wanted to quit, he wouldn’t dare let us. As a matter of fact, certain words were not allowed to be said in our sessions; such as, I can’t, I hate this, I’m too weak to do this, etc… – we were only allowed to substitute those words with I can do this, I love working out and attaining my goal, I’m so strong I can move this whole gym to another city –hahaha. Patrick also has a way with positively reinforcing us with his multiple facial expressions and humorous encouragements. ?

In addition, Patrick created a nutritional plan specifically designed for our body types which assisted us in weight loss as we build muscle. Overall, working out is very challenging but we made it and we are extremely pleased with both his fitness tactics and our weight loss. In conclusion, we loss individually 10lbs (Florence) and 14lbs (Shirley) each. After our 8-week session was over, we have still continued with the fitness regimen that Patrick has taught us.

Pat's Power Hour is the name of the company which also expresses a mantra that encourages maximizing your effort for focused amount of time. Your first hour begins now. How will you use it?Whether it is planning, meditating, eating or exercising you should invest your time wisely so you can receive optimal results. I do believe in guiding you through workouts that will challenge and stimulate your muscles more than if you you were to do it on your own, but in addition to a successful 60 minute fitness session we build on eating better, resting properly
