    Exercise to get rid of Cellulite and improve your health. 

    What is Cellulite? 

    In simple terms it's a type of fat tissue. Inside this fat tissue is connective tissue that protects our muscles and organs. When fats, fluids and toxins get trapped in this connective tissue they harden, creating pockets that appear through the skin as dimples. This is what we call Cellulite. This condition occurs mostly in women due to the circular shaping of their fat cells. It appears most often in the thighs, buttocks, breasts and abdominal areas. Fortunately, this condition doesn't affect your health, but it may be a sign that you are practicing an unhealthy lifestyle. 

    What causes Cellulite? 

    There are many different potential causes, but here are the primary ones: 

    * Genetics. Blame your parents for this one.

    * Poor diet. Diets high in fat block the arteries and allow fat to get caught in the connective tissue.

    * Lack of exercise. Not enough blood circulation to wash toxins out of blocked tissue.

    * Not enough water. Water is great at cleaning out your system, so drink at least a few glasses per day. 

    How can I get rid of Cellulite? 

    * Exercise to get rid of cellulite. Exercise will improve blood circulation helping clear blocked tissue as well as build muscle tone.

    * Maintain a healthier diet. Eat less fat and salt to reduce fat blockage and water retention.

    * Drink your water. Water will definitely help clean your system. It's also cheaper than soft drinks. 

    Exercise to get rid of Cellulite. 

    Exercise will help get rid of cellulite as well as provide many other health benefits to you. It will keep you feeling young by adding muscle tone, improving circulation, building strength and endurance, reducing body fat and overall giving your more energy.
